With nearly 20 years of IT experience focused on program delivery in the financial services industry, Andrew brings a wealth of capability and knowledge. Andrew has lead the major project change programs at Commonwealth Bank, Mercer and Perpetual. These programs required a broad set of skills such as deep IT knowledge, process excellence, mergers and acquisitions, sourcing optimisation, organisational change and strategic planning. His experience to understand and lead transformational change, identifying the strategic options and finding value in the transformation has seen him lead programs with budgets in excess of $100m, and deliver benefits in excess of $250m p.a.
When he isn't working you will find Andrew coaching his kids footy teams, surfing at his favourite spot on the northern beaches, going to the gym or down at the local sporting grounds watching all kinds of sports with his family.
